JOB ROLE:Support Worker
LOCATION:Wyboston, Bedfordshire (MK44)
Please note we require a Male Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
About Pathway
Pathway House is a specialist residential service that offers a homely, relaxed atmosphere that enables people to explore boundaries in a safe and structured setting. People can realise their potential and gain maximum control over their future.
We support up to 10 peoplewith Mental Health needs who may also have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability. People we support are supported to understand their diagnosis and develop coping strategies to manage their anxieties, which reduce the frequency and severity of challenging behaviours.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
