We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Partner and to lead the Executive Assistant team in London and Poland. The role combines hands‑on executive support with people leadership, operational improvement, and team development responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of EAs and OAs (approx. 22 people), fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a positive working culture. They will identify and implement improvements to systems and processes to ensure an efficient, consistent, and high‑quality support service to Partners across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and support the London EA and OA team, conducting regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
  • Promote efficiency by reviewing and improving systems and processes, ensuring best practices are shared across teams in London and Poland.
  • Manage workload balance, leave and sickness cover, and support team well‑being and work‑life balance.
  • Drive team engagement through regular meetings, communication, and social initiatives, fostering a strong sense of collaboration and recognition.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new team members.
  • Collaborate with Finance to support budget forecasting and planning.
Executive Support
  • Provide comprehensive support to one Partner, including complex diary and travel management, expense reporting, inbox oversight, and coordination of HR processes (e.g., review cycles and mentorship sessions).
  • Coordinate case team and sector administration, including meeting scheduling, case initiation and completion, and document management.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM updates, reporting, and client development tracking.
  • Support Partner business development by maintaining key contact lists, tracking client interactions, and identifying relationship‑building opportunities.
Person Specification
Essential
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team.
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Partner or equivalent senior leader.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement efficient team practices.
Desired
  • Experience working in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and motivate teams across multiple locations.
