A regional educational trust in Northampton seeks enthusiastic individuals to join the Local Advisory Board. This role requires a commitment to support local schools and improve governance. Full training will be offered, making prior experience in governance unnecessary. Ideal candidates should be dedicated and willing to engage actively with the education community.

The local layer of governance is key to our schools' success. We rely heavily on the Local Advisory Board to give strategic guidance and local insight and continue our trajectory of improvement. LAB members build strong relationships with the schools and their community and have opportunities to liaise directly with the trust board.

Full training will be given so previous experience of governance is not essential. We need volunteers that have a true interest in supporting education and are able to commit to the time requirements of the role.
