• Experience in inpatient mental health services or as a main carer in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work closely with people in mental health crisis or recovery.
• Experience in providing clear information to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Support patients from admission to discharge.
• Help patients and carers understand the inpatient system.
• Empower patients to access information for planning.
• Act as a point of liaison on patient matters.
• Assist in concerns and escalation processes.
