Job summary

A leading children's nursery in St. Neots is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to create a nurturing environment and implement engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with children and families while supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Qualifications

  • Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Pay:£26,624 per Annum based on qualification and experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours:37.5 or 40 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday (shift between the hours of 7.30am - 6.30pm) or3 x full days 8am-6pm with 2 x half days 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm.

About our Nursery

At our St Neots children’s day nursery and preschool, we follow the Montessori approach in a home-from-home environment. The children in our care learn through play, and the passionate team at our Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ nursery offer children a variety of activities and learning opportunities every day related to their individual interests, ensuring no two days are ever the same. We are situated on the site of Longsands College, around the back of the school, and are best accessed via Kings Road. We are just a few minutes walk from the train station, where trains run every 30 minutes to Kings Cross, London. The A1 and the A428 are nearby, with bus routes into Cambridge, making us easily accessible for commuters. Our pre-school is only a short walk away and parking is available on both sites.
