A children's support organization in Southampton is looking for a full-time Children's Support Worker. The role involves caring for young people with severe learning disabilities and autism. Job Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time (39 Hours) working various shift patterns including long days and sleep ins.
Salary: From £27,581 per annum (£13.60 per hour) PLUS additional £3k - £6k per annum for sleep ins.

We are looking for a resilient and nurturing Children's Support worker to join our family home, caring for young people who have severe learning disabilities, autism and complex needs,. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.
A level of personal care is required according to the child's needs.
