Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid (Newbury-based office, minimum 2 days per week)

The Role

As our L&D Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting the full delivery of our L&D calendar. From supporting the delivery of interactive workshops and managing learning platforms to coordinating logistics and reporting, you’ll ensure every client programme runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting krachtige live workshops by managing breakout rooms, interactive chats, and technical setup
  • Overseeing learning technology systems and webinar platforms
  • Branding and editing e-learning and micro‑learning content
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and liaichael with suppliers to optimise performance
  • Producing detailed client reports and analysing training effectiveness
  • Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and maintaining accurate programme records
