A Welsh educational institution is seeking a Learning Coach to support learners with wellbeing and skill development. Cardiff and Vale College is looking for a Learning Coach with experience in wellbeing and skill development to join our Learner Journey team. The post holder will support learners with basic skills, study skills, wellbeing and pastoral issues, offering one‑to‑one and group support, signposting to internal and external support and enabling learners to retain, attain and complete their college journey.
The closing date for completed applications is 04/01/2026 at 11:59pm. Applications are to be made using the Cardiff and Vale College application form only. The college welcomes applications in Welsh. Applications submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than an application in English.
