A leading educational institution in Gateshead is seeking a Lead Practitioner in Technology to drive educational innovation and mentor colleagues. You will have reduced teaching time to focus on developing best practices and coaching staff. The ideal candidate is an expert in Technology education, committed to evidence-based teaching, and has the ability to teach across all key stages. This full-time role offers leadership development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Salary: Lead Practitioner Scale L1-L5
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate)
