Job Description

This phase of work (FEL2) builds upon the successful completion of FEL1, where the high-level feasibility of the project concept was confirmed. Through structured FEL2 option development, technical screening, and economic evaluation, a range of potential configurations were analyzed. Each option was assessed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to ensure transparent and balanced decision-making across technical, financial, and strategic dimensions.
