Qualifications

• Proven experience at Lead or Senior BI Analyst level.
• Experience line managing or mentoring BI teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality reports.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with Python (including Pandas / PySpark).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and develop a team of BI Analysts.
• Oversee and review all reporting outputs.
• Maintain ownership of the reporting lifecycle.
• Lead on BI best practices and drive continuous improvement.
