Cardiff, UK. The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts to strengthen client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, focusing on financial health and profitability.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of services through daily management of site staff, meeting all commercial and financial targets.
  • Lead regular client meetings to maintain open communication, address issues, and align on project goals.
  • Track and report on operational and financial performance, providing updates to the Business Unit Lead and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in account management within a service-oriented industry. Water treatment industry experience would be desirable.
  • Strong customer focus with proven relationship management skills.
  • Financial acumen with a history of meeting budget and revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
