• Deliver initiatives supporting mental, physical, social, and emotional health.
• Secure recognition through external endorsements.
• Facilitate training sessions on bias and inclusive leadership.
• Use data to analyze workforce gaps and inform policies.
• Track inclusion and wellbeing performance through analytics.
• Provide support as a trusted advisor for colleagues.

As Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a workplace where every colleague feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. • Coach and upskill – Equip managers and employees with inclusion and wellbeing knowledge.
• Celebrate awareness – Organize events and communications to highlight inclusion and wellbeing.
• Deliver wellbeing initiatives – That support mental, physical, social, and emotional health.
• Secure recognition – Research and implement external endorsements.
• Facilitate training – Lead sessions on bias, psychological safety, cultural awareness, and inclusive leadership.
• Communicate impact – Share activities internally and externally to raise profile.
