We’re Hiring: Full Stack Engineer – Core Payments Backend (Immediate Joiner)

Experience: 10+ Years

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and epics with high quality (security, reliability, and operations) to production.
• Provide guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Engineers, supporting their growth and technical contributions.
• Achieve team commitments and influence others by using strong leadership and communication skills.
• Oversee design decisions and guide the team to achieve key results for assigned products.
• Remediate issues using engineering principles and proactively design solutions for potential failures.
• Contribute to and potentially lead client technology communities.
• Work in Agile methodology with 2-week sprints, writing automated test scripts to ensure full coverage.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, VMware, Openshift, AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions, Chef, Ansible, Nexus).
• Proficiency in testing database technologies (Postgres or similar).
• Knowledge of full end-to-end quality toolsets (JUnit, Cucumber, JMeter or similar).
• Experience with caching technology.
• Expertise in Kafka or similar streaming technology.
• Ability to independently innovate, solve complex problems, and advocate best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the payments domain.
• Familiarity with microservices-based architectures.
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS/Angular).
