The Role

Join our dynamic IT team as an experienced IT Support Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, supporting our IT systems and implementing cutting‑edge solutions to drive business growth.

What you will do
  • Help drive IT solutions that align with our business objectives.
  • Implement upgrades, patching, and system enhancements.
  • Provide advice on technologies including networking and storage.
  • Innovate to maintain the highest standards for our technology stack.
  • Research and evaluate monitoring, backup, and recovery solutions.

What you bring to the table
  • Solid experience supporting the IT strategy of a fast‑growing tech scaleup.
  • Proficiency in Linux, MacOS, and Windows, including virtualization and scripting.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to analyse issues and recommend solutions efficiently.
  • Experience shaping and following IT processes, with a focus on documentation.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, InTune, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity of HPC systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to scope and deliver projects effectively.

Salary range from $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
