A financial services company based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Accountant for a niche investment accounting role. You will support a short-term project by developing and implementing investment accounting processes, reviewing documents, and training the team. Candidates must hold a relevant accounting qualification and have a proven history in investment accounting. The role is full-time, offers up to £450 per day, and has the potential to be fully remote.

Your new role

You will be working in a niche role, supporting a short-term project, helping to develop and implement the investment accounting processes. Duties will include reviewing documents from investment managementpanies and training the team in preparation and production of investment accounting journals. Please note, applicants must have a proven history of investment accounting experience and be available immediately. This role has the potential to be fully remote.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIPFA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA Level) and technically strong. You will have extensive experience working within investment accounting. You will be an effectivemunicator and have the ability to work independently in a stand-alone role. Both public and private sector backgrounds will be considered.
