As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our Broker community. Your role is to help them understand and sell our Private Medical Insurance products. You'll manage queries via email, phone, and live chat, offering expert advice and support. This role sits within our Intermediated Sales Support team, where we build strong relationships with Brokers to ensure they receive a top‑tier service. You'll be accountable for owning queries and delivering accurate, helpful responses that truly make a difference.
