This is an exciting opportunity offered on a 12 -18 Month Fixed Term Contract.We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 27,000 people in 740+ Offices across 50 Territories.**Role**We are looking for an Interim Head of UK Marketing who combines strategic clarity with hands-on delivery, to lead with confidence, accelerate cultural change, embed AI-driven marketing capabilities, and deliver tangible commercial impact.This is a critical leadership role over the next 12-18 months, working alongside the UK Board and sub divisional heads.You will lead the newly shaped UK marketing structure across Brand & Programmes, UK Go-to-Market (GTM), and Enablement, ensuring the team delivers against strategic priorities with creativity, discipline, and commercial impact. You will also work in close partnership with Client Services, Research and Communications, as well as agency and international counterparts, to create one unified go-to-market voice.You will sit on the global marketing board, representing the UK region. This board brings together our regional marketing and communications leads to ensure we’re client centric, collaborative, efficient, and building a brand that drives long-term business growth.**Responsibilities:****Strategic Leadership*** Act as a senior leader and key advisor to the UK Board, demonstrating commercial insight, strategic direction, and cross-functional influence.* Develop and lead a fully integrated marketing strategy aligned to Knight Frank’s UK ambition and three-year plans.* Champion the new team structure (Brand & Programmes, UK GTM, Enablement) and shape the marketing roadmap for 2026 and beyond.* Build a compelling business case for marketing investment and manage the UK Marketing budget to drive measurable ROI through brand salience, pipeline acceleration, and client growth.**Brand, Content and Clients*** Support the successful implementation of the new unified brand campaign, which is led by the Brand & Programmes team.* Lead the implementation and scaling of the brand platform in the UK across multiple channels and client segments – with consistency and impact.* Co-develop and embed loyalty and nurture strategies that increase lifetime value, drive repeat business, and deepen client relationships across all segments.* Guide flagship content programmes, the wider client-first content strategy, and brand-to demand campaigns to bridge awareness and conversion.* Act as a senior adviser to the digital team on web, platforms and digital experience, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy, GTM priorities and client needs.**Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence*** Provide strategic leadership for GTM across UK priority markets and sectors.* Direct and empower the GTM Lead and wider team to deliver plans that align with the unified brand platform and business objectives.* Partner closely with Client Services, Research and business heads to deliver a commercially focused GTM model that aligns to revenue targets and client growth strategies.**Marketing Operations and Enablement*** Continue to build marketing planning and performance rigour — with clear KPIs, campaign attribution, and funnel metrics.* Oversee Martech development and future AI capabilities, to enable personalised, data-informed marketing across client journeys and creative production at scale.* Shape internal enablement strategies alongside the Client Services team, empowering client-facing teams with tools, insights and brand alignment**Leadership, Team Capability and Culture*** Lead and inspire a newly structured UK marketing team with a clear vision, cadence and culture of accountability.* Shape the marketing resourcing model — optimising internal capabilities, agency partnerships and future-state resourcing.* Collaborate closely with Knight Frank’s global Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment, share best practices, and scale UK-led initiatives across priority international markets.**Professional Experience and Skills Required:*** Proven experience as a marketing leader in a large, complex organisation (property, professional services, luxury, or brand-led B2B/B2C).* Track record of leading team transformation, brand platform delivery and GTM execution.* Strong commercial acumen and a data-informed mindset — with evidence of influencing revenue growth.* Expert communicator, comfortable operating with board stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.* Experience managing and modernising hybrid agency models.* Recommend AI enabled marketing capabilities ahead of the Brand Strategy Visual identity project to ensure we can deliver AI-enabled campaigns at scale.**What Success Looks Like*** A unified, cost-efficient marketing function delivering simplicity, consistency and results.* Growth in brand salience, market share and marketing-driven revenue contribution.* Alignment between Marketing, Sales, Communications, Data and Digital, Research and People teams.* Knight Frank positioned as a modern, future-focused leader in the property category.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
