• Excellent communication, organisation and customer care skills.
• Travel is a requirement; therefore, a full valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Scheme Managers for housing schemes.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory housing management requirements.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure effective allocation of void properties.
• Resolve anti-social behaviour cases and tenant maintenance issues.
