Job summary

A hybrid community organization is seeking a part-time Human Resources Manager to support community leaders with HR guidance and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role requires experience in HR, especially in employee relations, and a CIPD level 5 qualification. This position entails both strategic and operational HR responsibilities within the communities in Edinburgh and Inverness. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar HR role with lead responsibility.
  • Ability to act as Lead Countersignatory with the Scottish Social Services Council.
  • Supervisory experience and HR administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Support Community Leaders with HR advice and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and Safer Recruitment.
  • Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Supervise training coordinators and coach managers on HR topics.
