We are currently recruiting for a Housing Admin Office Manager to join our Team!

Job Summary

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering quality service by supervising a team of housing administrators to ensure all Tarasis Housing administration, policies and procedures are managed and maintained in accordance with regulatory bodies and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise housing administrators, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and handle staff recruitment, training, and appraisals.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient admin processes, manage queries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records in the Housing Management System.
  • Compliance & Safety: Oversee statutory checks for residential, communal properties and HMO properties, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintain data protection standards.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports and audits for senior management, coordinate meetings, and liaise with internal departments and third parties.
What We're Looking For
  • 2 years' experience managing staff in a busy office
  • 6 months experience in a Housing setting with knowledge of standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to gather, collect and analyse data
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFull EU driving licence

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
