We arelooking for a Housekeeping Trainer who will:

• Guide newstarters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping.
• Ensure anefficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for teambriefings and room inspections.
• Empower theteam to be more involved in the guest experience.
• Monitor andevaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated onthe correct and agreed-on company practices and procedures.
• Develop andskill up the teams and give them opportunities to take more responsibilityand show their value to the business.
