£40,000 - £50,000 salary DOE

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Category C + E driving licence.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic safety inspections of HGVs to DVSA standards.
• Diagnose faults on hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Attend to broken down vehicles and perform necessary repairs.
• Complete appropriate paperwork accurately.
• Update internal computer systems as needed.

Skills

Previous experience in HGV mechanics

HGV Level 3 automotive qualification

Category C + E driving licence
