Responsibilities

• As a Help Article Content Writer, you will work and communicate directly with other areas of the business within an office setting
• You will collaborate with customer support and development teams to gather the necessary information for each article
• You will research and write clear, concise, and accurate help articles, FAQs, and user guides to support our LMS platform
• You will translate complex technical information into user-friendly content
• Update and revise existing help articles to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in LMS usage
• Work to improve the robot on the online support chat

Essentials

• Excellent English writing skills
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills
• An ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
• Strong technical ability
