Qualifications

• Experience in duct or ventilation cleaning, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of TR19 and HTM 03-01 standards.
• Valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duct, ventilation, and air handling unit cleaning to TR19 standards.
• Support infection control measures with regular hygiene maintenance.
• Complete service reports and compliance documentation.
• Work safely in clinical areas while minimizing disruption.
• Liaise with site staff to ensure high standards of work.
