What You Will Do
  • Deliver hands‑on care and lead by example.
  • Support staff with medication administration, risk assessments, and care planning.
  • Conduct spot checks and assist with audits and staff training.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has at least 1 year of domiciliary or healthcare experience.
  • Holds or is working towards a Level 3 Adult Care Diploma.
  • Has a full UK driving licence and access to a car with business insurance (we will also accept non‑drivers who are willing to commute).
  • Demonstrates a caring, can‑do attitude and passion for quality care.
