• Experience working in a Medical Underwriting Team.
• Ability to assess individual risk from a customer's Health Declaration.
• Understanding of underwriting manuals and processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Protection customer Health Declaration medical assessment.
• Prepare and issue customer terms.
• Manage team mailbox queries within 48 hours.
• Investigate and resolve complaints in line with procedures.
