If you’re confident influencing at senior levels and passionate about compliance and customer trust, this could be the perfect next step for you!

A bit about the job

You’ll lead our UKGI Governance & Assurance Regulatory Development team, making sure UKGI stays compliant and trusted in a fast-changing regulatory landscape. Your work will cover all UKGI business lines, helping us evolve delivery against Consumer Duty principles and deliver good outcomes for customers. • Strong leadership skills with experience delivering strategic and regulatory change, and the ability to drive hands‑on, pragmatic solutions, ideally within general insurance.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and managing senior, board level stakeholders.
