A new opening that is going to be the talk of the town. Fish and chips, but not like we know, alongside an all natural wine list, and loads of seafood and raw fish. The guys behind this are so creative and design led, we just know this place will be polished, chic and insanely cool. V exciting.

We are looking for a Head Chef to head up the kitchen in this little restaurant. You will be responsible for creating the daily changing menu, so someone with a lot of fish experience is necessary, though you don't need to have cooked fish and chips before, a passion and excitement for it is required. We are looking for someone who is great at collaborating, who has been a sous or head for at least a year, and most importantly, someone who is lovely, warm, and a nurturing chef.
