We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Head Chef to lead the talented culinary team at Brig o' Doon House Hotel. Enjoy breathtaking views of the River Doon, Burns Monument, and the iconic Brig o’ Doon itself, the dramatic setting for the climax of Robert Burns\' famous poem, Tam o’ Shanter.

What You\'ll Be Doing:
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation, and team management.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets effectively.
  • Create innovative seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
What We\'re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
  • A proven track record in menu design, planning, and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management qualities.
  • Experience with Procure Wizard is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team with strong organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
