Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ accounting experience in consulting or professional services firms.
• Experience in timesheet-driven businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and timely posting of transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger, accruals, and prepayments.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support preparation of statutory accounts in line with IFRS/GAAP.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and assist with regulatory compliance.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and margins.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and working capital management.

Skills

Strong technical accounting knowledge with good understanding of IFRS/GAAP

Experience with intercompany reconciliations and multi-entity accounting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems

Advanced Excel skills

Strong organizational skills

Education

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)

Fully qualified preferred
