We are hiring a Growth Lead to own delivery across multiple clients and act as a senior operator within Aperture. This hands‑on senior role requires strategy, execution, and outcomes – working directly with clients, guiding the team, and getting into detail when needed. No task is “below” this role, and no task is done without care.
This role is about ownership – ownership of clients, quality, and outcomes. For the right person, this role will continue to grow as Aperture grows, with increasing responsibility, influence, and scope across the agency.
