About the Role

This is not your typical “marketing” role. We’re looking for a smart, socially confident, and data-driven marketer who lives and breathes lead generation.

Your mission? To create and deliver end-to-end campaigns that attract high-quality leads, convert interest into pipeline, and elevate our brand across digital, content, and experiential channels.

This is a growth role with a strong events and networking focus — perfect for someone hungry, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable being the face of Pavegen at industry activations, networking events, and international expos.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and experiential channels.
  • Plan and run cold outreach (Apollo), nurture funnels, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
  • Build and manage dashboards to track pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Support sales with qualified leads, data insights, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and proactive market research to inform campaign direction.

2. HubSpot & CRM Mastery

  • Own HubSpot across marketing and sales pipelines.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise nurture journeys, workflows, and segmentation.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance.
  • Maintain data integrity and improve database processes.

3. Content, Comms & Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with Head of Content on blogs, case studies, social posts, email marketing, and award submissions.
  • Write persuasive copy for web, email, and social channels.
  • Design and deliver marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Manage company social channels and support founder/CEO LinkedIn presence.
  • Coordinate website updates, on-page SEO, and content uploads.
  • Manage YouTube and video strategy in collaboration with video team.

4. Events, Experiential & Partnerships

  • Support organisation and on-the-ground delivery of client activations, expos, and international events.
  • Attend networking events and represent Pavegen externally.
  • Coordinate award submissions and founder/company nominations.
  • Assist with PR opportunities and potential crowdfunding initiatives.

5. Analytics, SEO & Paid Media Support

  • Track organic performance and keyword rankings.
  • Report on campaign analytics across channels.
  • Support Head of Paid Media on PPC/paid social campaigns.

6. Strategic & Leadership Support

  • Provide ad hoc support to CEO and senior leadership projects.
  • Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and campaign ideation.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to ensure campaigns deliver on time.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Have 3–4 years’ marketing experience (agency, startup, or experiential preferred).
  • Are analytically sharp, commercially minded, and obsessed with lead generation.
  • Know your way around HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Have organised and delivered events, campaigns, or projects (inside or outside work).
  • Are confident networking, pitching, and presenting.
  • Can write sharp, persuasive copy across multiple formats.
  • Are happy juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Love learning fast, thinking big, and getting stuck in.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have lived or worked in the US (or other major international market).
  • Have startup, agency, or live events experience.
  • Can show creative initiative (projects, content, communities, events).
