A leading heating solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Graduate Project and Technology Coordinator to join their Business Digital Department. In this 2-year fixed term role, you'll manage IT projects, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to system improvements while enhancing your skills in technology. We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Digital Department team as a Graduate Project and Technology Coordinator.
The department is responsible for managing IT digital projects and leading system improvement initiatives. This includes overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support organisational goals.
You will work with colleagues across the business (both locally and globally) in supporting IT topics, all whilst developing your own skills and learning first‑hand how a global, market‑leading entity makes changes to improve its own capabilities. This role is about working with people in many departments and seniorities, so building your network is key to your success. You'll become proactively visible, a valuable member of the business, and work to develop a strong reputation with all colleagues. With your enthusiasm, interest and experience of current and emerging technology trends in IT and AI, you’ll be able to apply this knowledge to support and consult with stakeholders, as well as consider project requirements.
You will receive full training both one‑to‑one and‑paced online to achieve the required capabilities. Furthermore, you will also receive one‑to‑one coaching with feedback, as well as mentoring to develop your key competencies.
