Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND in a project management, building/civil engineering or related discipline.
• Track record demonstrating experience of the design or construction process.
• Experience of managing commercial processes on projects.
• Ability to write high quality reports and interrogate financial information.
• UK resident for 5+ years to apply for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Managing the design process through workshops and meetings.
• Communicate and represent the Client’s interests.
• Management of sub-consultants as the project requires.
• Managing all project activity including Reports, budgets, and Programmes.
