• Design and implement account strategy including client issues.
• Conduct annual client relationship reviews with the account team.
• Manage systematic client feedback processes for engagement evaluation.
• Coordinate global account team communications and activities.
• Monitor industry and client issues to share insights with the team.
• Prepare partners for client meetings with tailored materials.
• Support proposals on major RFPs and tenders.
