A family-run garden centre business in Ambleside is seeking a Horticulture Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. This role includes responsibilities such as assisting in the management of the garden centre, supporting health and safety tasks, and providing plant advice. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and horticultural knowledge, along with the ability to work independently under pressure. Horticulture Managers play an essential role in delivering customer experience across our stores – driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, providing excellent plant advice and maintaining department standards, whilst working alongside the Garden Centre manager to set a standard within our Centre.
