  • Assist Centre Manager to maximize sales and ensure effective management.
  • Support daily Health & Safety tasks and paperwork.
  • Generate ideas for better methods of working within the department.
  • Help achieve a high standard of customer service.
  • Assist in planning key events effectively.
  • Handle complaints and queries from staff and customers.

Full Time – 45 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends

Horticulture Managers play an essential role in delivering customer experience across our stores – driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, providing excellent plant advice and maintaining department standards, whilst working alongside the Garden Centre manager to set a standard within our Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Centre Manager to maximize sales and profit by ensuring the efficient and effective management to Company standards, of the commerciality, merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping across the Garden Centre.
  • Support Centre Manager in daily H&S tasks and paperwork, ensuring Health & Safety standards are always adhered to and maintained.
  • Generate ideas and assist in the development of even better methods of working within the department.
  • Help to achieve a high standard of customer service.
  • Assist when needed to plan and manage key events such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and Season Centre change effectively and efficiently.
  • Help to achieve a high standard of customer service.
  • Assist with complaints and queries from staff and customers.
