Job Summary

Fused Sales Advisor (Permanent) – Newcastle upon Tyne – £26,200 per annum + £8k OTE – Full time.


A little bit about us

We’re One Utility Bill, a service that lets customers bundle their main household utility bills into a single monthly payment. Our student brand, Fused Bills, simplifies finances for students and graduates with fixed 12‑month contracts and unlimited energy.


Because our service targets students, this role has a seasonal nature. You’ll be engaging customers who are planning for 2026 accommodation and handling the summer surge of interest.

Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to existing and previous customers.

  • Build genuine relationships through engaging conversations.

  • Reintroduce customers to our latest collectables and offers.

  • Listen carefully to customer interests to match them with the right products.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets in a supportive environment.


Qualifications


  • Target‑Driven: Motivated to work toward ambitious targets and KPIs.

  • Resilient: Able to bounce back from difficult days or challenging calls and maintain motivation.

  • Coachable: Open to feedback from call coaching, training, and proactively improves.

  • Organised: Strong admin skills for managing pipeline, creating deals, and responding to emails.

  • Autonomous: Capable of carrying out tasks independently, managing workload, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve KPIs.


Location & Working Hours

Office: Arden House, Regent Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne. Very accessible via bus and metro.


Shift pattern: Monday‑Friday 10 am‑6 pm, with one Saturday per month (9 am‑5 pm). After successful probation and hybrid opportunity available (2 days per week).
