The Role

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining modern, scalable web applications. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and BI teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and visually polished interfaces that power our products and internal platforms.

You will take ownership from feature concept → implementation → release, contributing directly to products used across multiple international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and cares deeply about user experience, performance, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js
  • Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, responsive UI
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs (REST / GraphQL)
  • Manage application state and data flow using appropriate state management solutions
  • Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and load times
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit and integration tests)
  • Debug and resolve frontend issues efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
  • Continuously improve frontend architecture, tooling, and developer experience
Job Requirements
Technical Must-Haves
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer
  • Solid knowledge of React and modern frontend frameworks (preferably Next.js)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or similar)
  • Experience integrating APIs (REST / GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with frontend testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress or similar)
  • Comfortable working with Git, pull requests, and code reviews
Soft Skills
  • Ownership mindset — able to take features from idea to production
  • Strong communicator — comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, product-focused environment
  • Proactive in improving code quality, performance, and workflows
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and SEO
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Experience working closely with mobile or backend teams
