• Lead the development and execution of a 3-year RGM strategy.
• Analyse pricing and promotional spend to identify growth levers.
• Own the pricing process and build tools to inform decisions.
• Drive creation of trade terms frameworks and promo guidelines.
• Support NPD with pricing strategy and inform business cases.
• Lead RGM reviews and embed a data-led mindset.
• Partner with Sales for annual planning and promotional compliance.
• Deliver impactful storytelling from complex data.
