Based at our Kirkstall Forge site, this role is as diverse as it is rewarding, with a strong focus on customer service and the chance to build connections with a variety of internal and external partners. As a key player in ensuring that our wide-ranging client base receives repairs and services within set deadlines, and in meticulously reporting activities to the wider business, your contribution will be instrumental in driving our success.

We are looking for a self-starter who can thrive under pressure, work well in a team, and deliver first class service to join us initially for a 6month Fixed Term Contract, with strong possibility of this then leading to a permanent opportunity. So, what will you be doing?
  • Liaising with repair agents on various maintenance issues and updating our systems with detailed and accurate information
  • Drive seamless operations by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of job information and keeping customers informed every step of the way
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking the resolution of breakdowns or emergency defects, keeping customers informed throughout. Handle and resolve customer, supplier, or internal issues efficiently, escalating where needed to achieve swift resolutions.
  • Uphold service contract obligations and operational requirements, reacting swiftly and appropriately to meet customer needs.
  • Keeping accurate paper and electronic records, accurately capturing information from emails or calls and updating job notes
