Overview

The Consultancy Group are seeking an experienced Shared Services Transformation Director to lead the transformation of our client's shared services operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the redesign and optimisation of its shared services model, ensuring it delivers maximum efficiency, cost savings, and improved service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of the shared services function, aligning it with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the shared services model meets their requirements.
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of shared services.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to support the transformation and improve service delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure the transformation delivers its intended benefits.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the success of the transformation programme.
  • Manage the transformation budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in shared services or operational transformation, with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £ 140000 – £ 160000 per annum. Bonus and Great Benefits
