Seco Tools UK is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the long‑term success of the business. About the Role

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding financial integrity and supporting business strategy. You will lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports, oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, and manage accounting, audit, and tax processes. Additionally, you’ll coordinate inventory counts, maintain asset records, and uphold compliance standards. Beyond operational responsibilities, you’ll collaborate on strategic planning and initiatives that drive sustainable success.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, backed by solid technical knowledge.
  • At least five years of experience in a financial role, including initial management exposure, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations, with a strong compliance mindset.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and confidence in financial modelling.
