A leading packaging solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United Kingdom to support customers by ensuring the maintenance and optimal efficiency of their packaging machines. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical machinery, a customer-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel for on-site service. This role contributes significantly to safety and continuous improvement in machine operations, ensuring operational excellence across customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electro-mechanical machinery.
• Practical experience with PLCs and Mechatronic systems.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of Smurfit Westrock machines.
• Handle installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Monitor machine performance for maximum efficiency.
• Manage scheduled maintenance proactively.
