Field Sales – Join Fibrus

Location: Northern Ireland (region assigned based on your residence)

Terms: UK right to work required (no sponsorship available). Must have a full Driver's Licence. Company vehicle will be provided.

Requirements: Working Monday to Friday 12:00‑8:00, field based, door‑to‑door sales at customer homes.

Are you a tenacious go‑getter, keen to represent a product that genuinely benefits local communities? As the face of Fibrus, you will be the brand ambassador, meeting residents door‑to‑door every day to promote a brand‑new full‑fibre network across Northern Ireland.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? (Not limited to)
  • Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits to sell our broadband product across NI.
  • Answer questions about product features and benefits (full training provided).
  • Drive sales to achieve targets while remaining professional and building rapport with potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams and partners to relay concerns raised by residents and provide local information.
  • Represent Fibrus throughout Northern Ireland as the network continues to grow.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
  • Solid background in sales, ideally door‑to‑door from telecoms or utilities; other relevant sales experience considered.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in a field‑sales role; adaptable approach to maximize conversion.
  • Confident handling objections and tenacious pursuit of sales goals.
  • Driven and ambitious, aiming to exceed targets (uncapped commission structure).
  • Proficient with new sales systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
