Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in NHS pathology laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic analysers: chemistry, immunoassay, haematology.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to laboratory scientists and end users.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting across multiple sites.
• Coordinate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
