Job summary

A support organization in Wales is seeking a dedicated individual to work with domestic abuse survivors within Thrive Housing Project. The role includes providing high-quality tenancy management support, ensuring service user involvement, and addressing support needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in supported accommodation, possess a thorough understanding of risks associated with domestic abuse, and excel in managing repairs and maintenance of properties. This is a permanent position, with closing date on January 5th, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience working in supported accommodation schemes.
• Knowledge of Fire, Health and Safety procedures.
• Ability to manage planned and reactive repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address support needs of survivors of domestic abuse.
• Manage tenancy management support and service standards.
• Record accurate service outcome data for reports to funders.
