Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an experienced Expandable System Supervisor to join our global flying squad team. In this role, you will provide expert knowledge, guidance, and technical support for expandable liner and wireline intervention systems and solutions. You will represent our company and technology with confidence, professionalism, and technical excellence.

Due to the global scope of this position, we are open to discussing your base location. Ideally, you will have access to one of our local offices and an international airport.

Key Activities And Accountabilities

• Supervise Well intervention/Wireline patch operations and allocate tasks to your team ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Operating manual.
• Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment for their compliance and are technically correct for the operation being carried out.
• Carry out and ensure participation from team in toolbox talks and planning meetings when required.
• May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation, return of equipment and report preparation.
• Ensure that site support requirements are planned and executed as required to facilitate continuous operations.
• Liaise with client's representatives and participate in meetings and discussions as required in a professional manner ensuring continuous quality of service to client.
• Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes and specific client’s requirements.
• Liaise with the team members and operations department as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed as required with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to allow continued safe operations and task completion.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, willingness and capability to adapt to operational changes.

Job Knowledge And Qualifications

• Formal technical qualification (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Extensive technical experience, preferably in expandable technology and/or wireline intervention.
• Strong working knowledge in electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
