Estate Team Member (must be able to drive)

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

TERMS: Full time - 40 hours per week

Key Areas of Responsibility

• To drive transport for our care homes
• Collecting and picking up from appointments and trips
• To complete daily check on company fleet
• To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required
• To assist with maintenance when required
• To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required
• To maintain and regularly empty any waste compactor and prepare waste bins for collection
• To liaise with contractors on site
• The right candidate must have a drive license and be a driver

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full DBS required
• Full UK Driving licence required
• To be aware of the requirements of all relevant legislation
