A logistics and supply chain company is looking for an Environment Officer to lead sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 14001. The role involves managing environmental registers, conducting audits, and engaging in legislation updates. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and experience in environmental compliance. This position supports a flexible working environment with competitive benefits.
Flexible location due to regular travel requirements across our network however you will need to be commutable to one of our Gist sites as a base location
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours a week
As our Environment Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of championing sustainability—this is a progressive role where you will help shape how we align with ISO 14001 principles and stay ahead of environmental legislation. No two days are the same as you take ownership of dynamic environmental registers, lead engaging audits and checks, and track the journey of our waste to ensure its managed responsibly. You’ll be the driving force behind innovative improvements that shrink our environmental footprint.
